Lousy app which keeps hanging and very slow in responding and scrolling compared to other shopping apps like Shopee, Lazada or Carousell. if you want to promote your app, you need to make sure it is user friendly and not frustrate customers. Your website is better. Also, your $8 and $4 with $40 min spending for new members only applies to selected products which is quite stingy compared to other shopping platforms.

Previously I didn't registered for a Membership using my email@ but do not have a membership number. When I log into the Apps, asking for membership # I don't have. So I tried to login as "New Member" and it said "email@ has been used" so in the end I still unable to use the Watson App. Before, when I was shopping at Watson's Outlet, when I was asked for my phone number to verify membership, after giving number Staff told me, I do not own a Membership. What's this All About??? 😡😡
