Official Australian Government myGov app to use myGov on your mobile. The myGov app makes dealing with government simple and easy.

You can use this app to:
• securely sign in to myGov on your mobile with a myGov app PIN, Touch ID or Face ID
• easily view and manage your myGov Inbox messages
• quickly access your services
• store some government digital cards and certificates in the digital wallet.

You need a myGov account to set up the app. If you don’t have an account, create one on the myGov site, go to my.gov.au

primitive indeed, for a start it doesn't utilise PassKeys even though most other govt apps now do, the interface looks designed in 1980s. it crashes if you click back or switch apps or lock your phone or try to share a file or print, some of which give an error, most don't even do that. If you try to use the apps built-in feedback, you get an error message - of course, their tech dept must be higher rated than the IT CROWD

I have to re link my accounts regularly. one day they are linked and the next nothing is linked and I have to start all over again. this has happened 4 times.

The latest update has improved the site to being very user friendly. It is easy to navigate for aged clients with limited technology skills. in saying that, I am 70 yrs old with complex health issues.
