This is to bring to your notice that every time amount is being debited from my account in the name of maintenance charges, debit/credit card charges. Also, my debit card has been sent 3 times to a different location without any prior information to me. After raising many complaints, I have not received any response. Last time, my old debit card expired and a new card was issued and sent via courier, but after some days the card was returned. For that also Rs. 118 was debited from my account.

Very disappointing experience with Standard Chartered. My savings account was closed, and although the Bank later confirmed that a closure email had been sent, it was found in my junk folder with no additional communication through another available channel. When I asked for a clear reason, I received only generic references to an “internal review” and “business decision.” Extremely disappointing customer service and lack of transparency.
