In the app the 'to me' doesnt show my packages. Only by 'recent'. Delivery status got from 6h window to 'before the end of day'. 'My ups' doesnt valid my adres or 'this function is not in your area'. Your webpage interface needs to get more userfriendly.

Informatie over aflevering is onduidelijk. Als je een wijziging aanvraagt in leverdatum is niet te zien of ze ook daadwerkelijk die dag gaan leveren. Status blijft hangen op wijziging aangevraagd. Eerste keer kwamen ze niet langs, tweede keer ging ik ook uit van niet en stonden ze toch onverwachts op de stoep. Daardoor levering weer gemist. Waar het pakket nu is, geen idee.

Ook al heb je de app, je hebt er niets aan want de tijdslijn en lokatie op de map zit er steeds naast, en dan wordt het aangepast naar einde deze dag. Als er wordt aangegeven aangetekend afleveren betekend dat op mijn adres en nergens anders. Daarbij komt ook nog dat je chauffeurs totaal niet weten hoe ze efficient een route kunnen rijden. Wat mij betreft UPS links laten liggen!
