As a Royal Mail employee, I can honestly say this app is a total disgrace. It rarely works properly and constantly causes frustration. Features fail when you actually need them, updates seem to make things worse, and overall it reflects exactly how Royal Mail operates these days — unreliable and extremely disappointing. Typical Royal mail rubbish. Doesn't work. No choice. Updated now even worse. well done RM you made a bad system completely unusable. yes redirects you to Robin, and on there you cannot see your payslip or leave so it redirects you back to an empty page.

The People App as a standalone app has now ceased as communicated. For any issues with the new RM Employee platform Robin please refer to communications in relation to support and contact points as previously communicated with yourself
