Dear members of the NOW team This is to remind you that none of my complaints and claims have been addressed or resolved. It's been a month since my broadband started failing. On 15th November 2022 I contacted you to report a network failure. You simply dragged out the problem saying that you would send an engineer who never came, or who never did his job well. On Saturday 19th November, you sent an engineer to my house, who also never visited, causing me to waste 5 hours of my valuable time

I don't know how it has been awarded for best broadband if it's a disaster, the signal is completely lost throughout the day that means you can't stream or play online.

It is a.shame to pay for a membership and watch adds. I supposed i was paying to avoid adds. Ill just watch the house of the dragon and then i am f...ing out of using your app. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL FOR THIS.

A disaster. I've been trying Now for the first time ever, and have constantly been impressed by their ability to fail. This app is extremely slow on my Pixel 4XL, it often crashes. Accessing downloaded content requires an Internet connection, which is extremely not intuitive. I've also been using the PS4 app which ... crashes regularly and makes the whole PS4 slow. Service is good when it works, the issue is you need luck for it to work. Appalling.
