awful insurance company. I enqyire about cancelling my ensurance because I was getting posted with the Army to cyprus. Today I got a final bill notification that was higher than my monthly instalments would have been for remaining 6 months. No phone call explaining NOTHING. Stay away from this place

States you can find all your home insurance documents & policies & that you can make claims easily in the app. You can't make claims or find your policy documents,just renewal info & payment link &those things you can do are a struggle. Infuriating waste of time,don't bother downloading it,it's exactly the same as the website.
