As long as you have the basic knowledge of Gelato formulation you will only need to follow the parameters and within 5 minutes you will be able to manage your very own Gelato recipes achieving the perfect and desired service temperature and sweetness among many other different parameters.

Some time ago, creating a Gelato recipe from scratch took long hours of formulations and calculations which were very difficult to achieve.Today, the precision of the app will allow you to make the perfect Gelato recipes in minutes.

Cesar, tal como explica en la descripción, Gelart es un APP diseñada para formular tus propias recetas de helados. Así también explica que con tener el conocimiento básico en formulación de helados podrías crear tus propias recetas.

No es muy intuitiva , la lista de ingredientes es demasiado básica, agregar ingredientes es muy engorroso , no detalla datos de los ingredientes sólo de la receta en general , nada que no pueda hacer un exel . La interfaz super probe no hay opciones para nada pobre dos recetas que supuestamente deberían estar equilibradas y salieron muy mal . No la recomiendo en absoluto , con el conocimiento que necesitas para usarla tranquilamente te haces un exel y te queda mejor .
