The ceremony is Saturday. The plate says GRAEME and the man's name is GRAHAM. You are cutting it again tonight, at your own cost, and hoping the blank arrives in time.

Trophy Shop Order Book is the order book that stops that.

THE ENGRAVING SPEC IS VERBATIM
• The text is stored exactly as it will be cut — spacing, capitals and line breaks
• Shown in a monospace face, because "GRAHAM SMITH" and "GRAHAM SMITH" are not the same engraving and a proportional font hides the difference
• Trailing spaces are preserved rather than quietly trimmed

NOTHING GOES INTO PRODUCTION UNSIGNED
• An order cannot move to In Production until the spelling has been confirmed
• Record how it was confirmed: in person, by photo, or over the phone
• Real shops take verbal confirms, so the gate can be overridden — but never silently. An override writes the reason and the time into the order, so there is always an attributable trail

TEAM ORDERS WITHOUT A SPREADSHEET
• Paste a list of names and get one line per name
• Each line carries its own confirmed and engraved state
• Progress reads 12/15, so you know exactly how many plates are left
• Two athletes with the same name stay as two lines — duplicates are kept on purpose

A RECORD, NOT A PROOFREADER The app stores the spelling you were given and makes you confirm it before production. It does not check spelling, does not know how a name should be spelled, and cannot tell you the customer typed it wrong. The sign-off is the safeguard.
