Shadi Hall Booking Manager

Banquet Hall Book is the booking register a marriage hall, marquee or banquet operator runs on. One screen tells you which dates are taken, which are only held, and who still owes an advance.

Built for the person who owns the hall and books the slots — not for decorators, caterers or event planners.

--- NEVER DOUBLE-BOOK A WEDDING DATE ---

A double-booked shaadi date is the mistake that costs a hall its reputation. This app makes it impossible to save one by accident. Every date and slot is checked live as you type, and checked again the moment you press save. If the slot is taken, the conflicting booking is put on the screen in front of you.

Lunch and dinner are independent slots, so you can book both on the same day. A full-day booking blocks everything. Cancel a booking and the slot frees immediately.

--- PENCIL BOOKINGS THAT EXPIRE THEMSELVES ---

Hold a date provisionally while a family decides. A pencil booking shows as a hollow ring on the calendar and stops holding the slot once its hold date passes, so a forgotten enquiry never blocks a real booking.

--- THE MONTH CALENDAR ---

A month grid with a coloured dot per booked slot, so a glance tells you how full the season is. Tap any day to see its slots and what is booked in them.

--- ADVANCE KHATA, INSTALLMENT BY INSTALLMENT ---

The event total is guests times your per-head rate, plus any fixed charges you add — decor, stage, extra catering, whatever the deal includes. Record each advance as it comes in, with the date, method and a receipt number the app numbers for you. The balance updates itself. Share the receipt with the family straight from the booking.

--- YOUR CUSTOMER LIST ---

Every family with their phone number, address and what they still owe, so you know who to call before the event.

--- MONTH LEDGER ---

Booked, received and outstanding for the month in one place.

--- WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET ---

Everything is stored on your phone. No account, no login, no sign-up. Your bookings and your customers' details never leave the device.

--- FREE AND PREMIUM ---

Free covers a working register so you can run a real season through it. Premium removes the booking limit and the ads, and is available as a one-time lifetime purchase as well as monthly and yearly.
