The fact that its changed to AI pictures has killed the app. Doesn't pick up certain parcels and lately Doesn't even pick up bang average boxes. You need to get right up to the label which sometimes makes the picture non compliant. At least give us the option to take it manually. Its a shocking app right now.

AI camera is terrible please get rid of it and go back to manual mode. can't take photos in flats because too dark and the flash is non existent as just switches light on or off instead of flashing. can scan all parcels in depot when loading but once on the road half of your workload doesn't scan and need to type barcodes in.

DPD, please remember that drivers are humans, not robots. Roads are full of traffic, accidents, delays, and situations nobody can control. ETAs keep changing because drivers are stuck in real road conditions, not because they don’t want to deliver on time. Please give drivers more understanding and realistic delivery expectations instead of making strict rules while sitting in offices. Drivers work hard every day under pressure and deserve respect and support, not constant stress.
