paid £3.99 for an app promoted by NHS as I've been diagnosed with multiple prolapses and still waiting for physio so wanted to get going as soon as possible to avoid surgery. I had hoped there would be some simple pictures showing me how to exercise and what to be doing. I'm not great with tech and there just seems too much fluff and not enough help for a much older woman. disappointed as I wasted money on it when I could have just set a reminder on my phone.

good for reminding and prompting completion of full set, but doesn't accurately record it's completed. so inaccurate exercise record and continued prompts.
