Description

Install and run OpenClaw directly on your Android phone.

andClaw helps you set up and use an OpenClaw gateway locally on your device. You can get started on Android without a cloud VM or a separate server.

The app bundles the components needed to run OpenClaw in one place. Setup usually takes about 1-3 minutes, and after setup you can review gateway status and manage settings from your phone.

I really want to like it. Excellent idea. well designed. Connected using Codex. Gateway wouldn't start at all at times. Even if it starts, never got the example prompt " what can you do " to actually produce anything. just hangs there and loads forever. I chose the stable runtime. Love that it is open source.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, and I’m sorry it didn’t work properly. The Gateway should not hang like that, even with Codex and the stable runtime. I keep getting: Error: process terminated unexpectedly (exit: 159) whenever I try to start the gateway, although I've setup the api for the models

Thanks for the report. This looks like a runtime crash rather than a model API setup issue. Please try switching to the stable runtime: Settings → Tools → Execution runtime → proot (stability) Then stop the gateway and start it again. If it still fails, please send a bug report ZIP from Settings → Tools so I can check the logs.
