will not conmect had for years and worked well until i accidentally logged out the app, now it will not connect to my aircon. i have altered my wifi settings to 2.4hz only and even chaged password, made sure permissions were granted, in the app i reinstalled and cleared cache about 50 times to no avail. messaged for support and messaged my aircon company also. not impressed that a simple conmection wont connect.

Update. After more than a week I just gave up. Completely no support from the developer. I've asked for support for Tower Fan and they've sent after a link for smartwatches!?! Really?!? Not surprised that the app has a 1.9 score here. Completely disgusting support and disgraceful disappointment.

bought product today and can't even install it on new phone "app was made for older android version" xD why you sell products in 2026 that use this app if you actually can't even install it. On old phone can't even connect to network...
