Great app! Helped me fixed my wobble fan. The only issue i had was that the text and illustration instructions of where to put the clips were not consistent (e.g. the text said to put two on both blade 1 and 5, but the illustration asked me to put two only on blade 5). And it turned out that the illustration was correct.

Very difficult to get to work as every thing has to be exactly correct (i.e size of wobble dot, type of markers put on each blade, distance from fan blades etc.) It took me about 8 hours to balance four fans. With that said the four 3 bladed fans that I balanced came out properly balanced. It would not balance a five blade fan that I had so on that one I gave up after 3 hours of attempt. I guess the software was worth the $3 that I paid.

This made balancing our fan stupidly easy. I thought it would be snake oil but it worked perfectly on a three blade fan with a high speed wobble!

Best $3 I ever spent. It worked perfectly with my phone's front facing camera. I went through the steps twice. The first time it had me put two weights on the fan which brought the wobbling down from 20 to 8. On the second balance run with the clip on the 2nd blade I didn't even have to take a measurement because I could see it was completely stable so I simply took the third weight and slapped it on the edge of blade two. The app now shows zero wobble. I am excited to install the next fan 😊

Can't believe it worked. It was very fiddly with the camera position and lighting in the room while checking the wobble. But once I got high "accuracy" for all of the blades everything went smoothly. I added the weights it prescribed and it balanced a fan that I haven't been able to balance for 5 years. Amazing.
