Description

OM Dictation Management System in the Cloud (ODMS Cloud) is a cloud-based dictation workflow system that allows you to share dictation files between authors and Transcriptionists anytime, anywhere. Your files are now stored on the cloud, which means a dedicated server is no longer required, and setup is easy to get started.
Designing your dictation workflow can be done through a simple interface which allows you to realize an efficient workflow.

This is software for performing dictation using a smartphone. Supports file editing functions necessary for dictation, such as additional recording, overwriting recording, and insert recording. Furthermore, basic information necessary for workflow design such as Author ID and Worktype ID can be received from the ODMS Cloud server and added to the Dictation file. The created Dictation file can be uploaded directly to the ODMS Cloud server from this app.

I've set up my account online, everything registered and set up with email and password. I've downloaded this app and tried to login into the app using the credentials saved, rechecked and rechecked even changed my password but the app continues to say credentials are not recognised. There's no explanation online and it's very frustrating as the dictation tool is an essential part of my business

Frequent problems sending dictation. Shows sent, but ends up back in pending file. Assistant does not get notifications of new dictation. Will not let me use it until I agree to terms of service and will now allow me to agree to terms of service. Useless. I wish I could go back to a dedicated digital recorder device for all of the problems I have with this app
