My 3000 reward points were taken by McDonald's because of the connection problem with their app design. They automatically cancelled my payment and just took my points without any rewards.

Very slow app. Needs a fast and reliable internet connection for every step, regularly forgets my favourite restaurant, has a confusing multi-step payment process with mandatory location access. If you're 3 mins from the restaurant, even if you're just re-ordering, it is faster to walk there and order at the machines than to wait for the multiple slooooow internet connectivity and location checks. I have also had issues with unremovable items in the basket (null error on removal).
