Everlog is a journal you actually own. Write as much as you want, in your own language, on your own phone. No account, no cloud, and nothing you write is ever behind a paywall.

📝 WRITE PROPERLY, NOT IN A LITTLE BOX A full editor with bold, italic and bullet lists, a title, the date and time you choose, tags, and an optional place and weather note. Unlimited entries of unlimited length, on the free plan, always. Your diary is never locked behind a payment.

🌍 IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE Everlog ships in 12 languages, with proper right-to-left writing for Arabic, Urdu and Persian. The daily prompts are written for each language rather than machine-translated from English, because a prompt that reads like a translation is a prompt nobody answers.

✍️ A PROMPT FOR THE BLANK PAGE "What took more out of you than you expected?" A different prompt each day, one tap into a new entry, and another one waiting if that is not the question you want today.

🙂 MOOD, ONLY IF YOU WANT IT Record how a day felt on a two-axis picker and name the emotion, or skip it completely. Nothing here forces a mood onto an entry that does not need one.

🔎 FIND ANY DAY AGAIN Search runs on your device, across every entry you have written. Tap any day in the calendar to read what you wrote that day, filter by tag or by favourites, or scroll a timeline where every day sits on a colour-coded rail. ON THIS DAY brings back what you wrote a year ago.

📊 SEE THE WHOLE YEAR Your year in pixels: one square per day, coloured by how that day felt, the entire year on one screen. Plus entries written, days covered, current streak and longest streak.

🔒 PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Everything lives in a database on your phone. There is no account to create, no server holding your diary, and nothing to sync. Turn on the app lock and your fingerprint, face or device PIN is needed before the journal opens.

📷 PHOTOS AND VOICE Attach photos from your camera or your gallery. Tap the microphone and dictate instead of typing — the text lands straight in the editor. Everlog never records or uploads audio.

🤖 AI THAT DOES NOT READ YOUR DIARY An optional weekly reflection on how the week went (off until you switch it on in Settings), and asking a question about your journal in plain language. Everlog sends only a summary — how often you wrote, which tags you used, how your moods moved, and at most a handful of your own short titles. The body of your entries never leaves the phone, and nothing you write is ever used to train any model.

💾 YOURS TO TAKE WITH YOU Export a year of entries as Markdown, or export the text and details of every entry (dates, moods, tags, places) as a JSON file and keep it wherever you like. Photos are not included in either export. Everlog keeps no copy of either.

⏰ A GENTLE REMINDER An optional daily nudge at the hour you choose, and only on the days you have not written yet.

🔓 WHAT PREMIUM ADDS Up to 20 photos per entry, the fingerprint and PIN app lock, a monthly pool of AI actions, and no ads anywhere in the app. Pick the plan that suits you: monthly, yearly, or a one-time purchase that never renews. Whichever you choose, writing and reading your journal stays free — premium adds to it, it never unlocks it.
