AxioTab Dashboard

AxioTab Dashboard puts the parts of a restaurant that cannot wait in your pocket: the order board, the problems diners report, the bookings, and any chargeback with a deadline.

It is the owner and manager app for restaurants that run on AxioTab. Sign in with the account you already use for the web dashboard, pick your restaurant, and the phone follows it everywhere: every screen and every notification.

TODAY
- What is in the kitchen right now, counted as received, preparing and ready.
- Alerts about a past due bill, a rising refund rate, sales below normal, or a slower kitchen.
- Today's orders, net sales, refunded orders and AxioTab fees, and a table of each employee's orders, gross sales, average, tips, discounts, refunded and PIN verified, for orders staff rang up only.
- Rush controls: pause new online orders for 30 minutes, an hour or two hours, and resume any time.

ORDERS
- The board for any day, in your restaurant's timezone, filtered to still open, finished or everything.
- Search by customer name or order number, and filter the board by employee.
- Open a ticket: every item with its modifiers and notes, the order note, the customer, and delivery or drive-thru details.
- Start preparing, set the ready time the customer is told, mark ready, then complete.
- Refund everything left or part of it, or cancel and refund with a reason. Every sheet names the figure before it sends.

REPORTED PROBLEMS
- What the customer said went wrong, in their words, with the photo they attached, how long they have waited, and which are overdue.
- Send a refund, record one you already handed over, mark the order remade, or decline, and read what the customer gets first.

BOOKINGS
- Confirm, decline, seat, complete, cancel or mark a no-show, grouped by day, soonest first.
- Save a table note on the same press that confirms, seats or completes a party.
- Add a phone or walk-in booking: name, party size, date and time, and a phone number or email.

CHARGEBACKS
- What has left your balance, the deadline on each case, what the customer told their bank, and what banks usually ask to see.
- Payments a card issuer flagged as fraud before any chargeback was raised, with a button that opens the order to refund it there.

MORE
- Orders, sales, tips and AxioTab fees over the last 30 days, plus this week's orders and sales, top sellers, a 30-day sales trend, net sales by location, and your ordering link.
- One notification switch per kind, kept separately for each restaurant.
- Menu, Reports, Regulars, Loyalty, Storefront and Setup open the AxioTab web dashboard inside the app, already signed in. Those are web pages rather than native screens.

NOTIFICATIONS
Push tells you about a paid order, a reported problem, one sitting unanswered, a booking, a chargeback and its deadline, a fraud warning, yesterday's numbers, and a failed subscription payment. Tapping one opens the screen it is about.

BEFORE YOU INSTALL
- You need an AxioTab account that belongs to a restaurant already set up on the web. There is no sign-up in this app, and an account with no restaurant lands on an empty list saying so.
- There is nothing to buy in here: no in-app purchase and no paywall. The AxioTab subscription is billed to the restaurant on the web.
- Chargebacks are answered in Stripe, not here. Your restaurant is the merchant of record, so the app shows the case and its deadline and signs you into Stripe in one tap; the response and the decision stay yours.
- This is not the till. Counter orders are rung on the AxioTab POS tablet; this app is the owner's view of what it and your online ordering page did.
- Every action needs a connection. Nothing is queued offline: when the phone drops its connection the app says so.
- Admins only: chargebacks, the dashboard tiles, Today's alerts and money, the rush controls, the employee filter, the refund and cancel controls, a reported problem's photo, and resolving one. Managers see the queues without them.
