Rocycle is a 45-minute, full-body indoor cycling experience set in low light and driven by music. Rhythm leads the ride - lifting your energy, challenging your body, and helping you release and reset.
Roform is a Pilates-inspired, full-body strength workout on custom reformer machines - where control, tempo, power, precision, and breathwork come together to ground you and bring your mind back home to your body.

Every time I try to book a class it jumps back to the first available date, so when you scroll down and select a class and don't notice this you all of a sudden booked a class you cannot cancel anymore and lose your credit. Then the service team is incredibly difficult to reach and is not there to actually help you. A disgrace for the amount of money you pay per class.
