The only thing it supposedly allows you to do, which is upload receipts, it can't even do that, fails every time. never been updated for over a year. obviously they don't care.

OCR functionality does not work at all. The photo of a till receipt is perfectly legible, but hubdoc says there is no supplier or date, it doesn't recognise the amount or anything. Totally useless without OCR.

Super painful to fix mistakes once processed to Xero—allow 20 mins per incorrect entry. Hubdoc calls “Purchases” what Xero calls “Bills”, and “Spend Money” what Xero treats as a receipt. The integration feels like they’re unrelated products; even Xero Authenticator doesn’t work with Hubdoc. Great for storing receipts so you can throw originals away, but if anything is entered incorrectly, Hubdoc locks editing after upload and forces you through a painful correction process.

Can't login. Go through the log in process and then it says there's already an account associated with another log in screen, try that and it just goes to a white page with a bit of code at the top.
