Oh my word!!!!! I have to have the app and create an account to access a ticket that's been shared with me, and so does my daughter. For one event! One!!!! Overkill and made me really annoyed that not only my, but also my daughter's data is being collected in this way. Grrrrr!

Nightmare. Leave this system for teenagers. I`m older than most of the cars there. My phone won`t allow this App. We are heading down with just our ticket codes, I`m sure it will be even more hastle.
