whoever is on the IT team, please fire them. currently sick and the usual clinic I went had no doctor so I had to search for alternatives. can't even login to find other clinics or show e-card. yearly can bill premiums but can't even have the app up and running then we buy China Taiping Insurance also insured nothing!

Been having issue with the video call part, it keeps "attempting to reconnect" many times and always said "network issue". tested with wifi, hotspot, my own data and even my wife's, it's still having issues, really need to take a look in the UI/UX department for this.
