Great, now we cannot earn stars if we don't pay with mastercards, so what if I only have visa? Guess I only can shop at frasers/Lendlease malls now. A really good job done by capita management. You all need to give a raise to the entire team that came out with this BRILLIANT idea and those who approved this idea.

very bad tracking of rewards. even though mastercard was linked but points were not given and customer service overwhelmed with backlogs. are you serving your customers or Mastercard???? who is your true customer???

Same as most users who gave 1 star. have reduced going to CapitaLand malls since they changed their system. and its tiring to have to keep writing in. what used to be a weekly trip is now reduced to once a month or 0 trips. rather spend my $$ elsewhere.
