Merchant lite

The "new orders" tab has disappeared. I can't accept orders, edit ready time, or reject orders. If I want to reject an order, I have to manually refund every item in an order before I can click the "reject order" button. Also, sometimes people place orders even though the store is closed. As an addition, there's no way for me to see what scheduled orders exist until they go into active collection.

How do I manage to get in?

Very bad connection through a small disconnection from wifi/etc that gives internet. Working at a supermarket with wolt delivery, if wifi gets far away/disway for a moment, while doing an order, and connects back, wants like 5 to 10 mins till connects back though program to close/modify the order.
