Tạo tài khoản có quá nhiều bước xác thực nhập otp chụp cccd nhập otp khá rườm rà trong khi cho khách hàng nhắn tin kích hoạt là được rồi. Vào được app cũng phải setup otp nữa cho thẻ :(

Lousy. Basic information for most transactions is missing - details like the NAME of the company or person connected to a transaction are not listed. The app forces you to pick an "expense category" when making a transfer, but that information doesn't appear anywhere on the transactions list, or the drill down. If you make a note on a transaction, that information doesn't show up in the list, you have to drill down to the individual transaction to see the note. Worst banking app I've ever used.
