fix the app. how can i not be able to make payment easily if i had missed 1 payment? keep telling me "something went wrong. try again." how to try again when the app have issue. also asked zenmo and it says to update card. why do i need go thru extra steps just to pay a bill? not to mention also the 5G always goes to 4G, connection and data is bad at many place. gomo was good when it started, not it's getting worst

I shouldn't have to login to singpass just to add an email that you made mandatory Edit: Been a long time user of GOMO but since switching to the new app the reception is horrible, mostly 2 bars and when using wireless payments it takes a long time to load the QR code, fix it back to how it was previously Edit: the reception just keeps getting worse and worse overtime, compatible phone and settings are accurate, your network is unstable Edit: Took 2h for data to kick in in China

Hi Fang Toh, thank you for sharing your feedback. Do try to Power Off and Power On your device. Also, allow us to share that your data roaming speed when overseas may vary, depending on factors such as overseas network coverage and capacity. We would recommend you to try to connect manually to the other preferred operators in China.

Text size is a bit small on GOMO App, is there anyway to make it bigger?

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re afraid that the GOMO by Singtel App currently does not support changing the text size within the app. As an alternative, you may check your device’s text size or display settings to see if you’re able to adjust the text size.
