Mainly good but not when you are saving points for cinema spending. For chinema, you have to walk to the concierge up one floor. Besides showing them your tickets, credit card slip, they ask you to show PHYSICAL ACTUAL credit card or if you are using other wallets, you have to show them the app to show you have pay for it. I don't understand how the tickets and payment slip cant prove I have paid for it. I strongly feel Yoho and The Point has asked far too much personal details for it.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently members are required to present either the physical ticket stub or the merchant‑printed receipt along with the corresponding electronic payment receipt as proof of transaction. These requirements are necessary to verify that the transaction was made by the member themselves. We appreciate your understanding.

自從轉咗紅色logo之後，起初係間中有error, 係咁要我重新login, 間中會係奇怪地登入不成功，都算，叫做睇到自己啲分，但到最近呢幾排，每次一撳「我的」去想check會員積分，次次都係error。 好啦今日就索性把心一橫， 將成個apps剷咗佢重新安裝過， 結果仲好笑，一開返竟然係一片白茫茫，咩都睇唔到，即係睇怕個app本身已經廢咗架喇，唉。 2026 Update: 其後更加取消了上載單據儲分，只可以即場／返原商場補登，對用戶非常不便。加上各商場Floor plan 畫得奇差，要找出CS counter 真有如大海撈針，實際使用體驗每況愈下。
