Typical cheap Chinese product with a poorly developed app. Half the features don't work, and Factory Settings are locked behind an unknown password that isn't mentioned anywhere. No manual, no documentation, no support, and no transparency. Users are left guessing how to use basic functions. Completely unreliable and a frustrating experience.
