Hello Giovanni, you are correct, it is English only. We do not write our app description in Italian for that reason. We allow the app to be distributed in Italy (and other countries) for English speakers there. It's extremely hard to create multiple sets of puzzles in all languages, so we're sorry to disappoint you.
