Vietjet Thailand

useless & waste of time you can find your booking on the webpage but not on the app!!

Broken links and app just do not work. I tried to manage my booking on the app as I was told to by the Thai Vietjet Air agent. My booking does not even show in the App. I tried to buy extra baggage with the agent and they are no help at all. Agent just tell you to order through the App. Well it hard to do that when the App is badly developed and do not work at all. So either have to pay more at the airport or not book through third party if you need to bring more then one check in baggage.

This app is absolutely useless and a complete waste of time. I’ve tried checking for flights over and over again, but it constantly fails to show any results. What’s the point of having a flight booking app if it can’t even search for flights properly? This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Fix your app instead of wasting users’ time. I definitely won’t recommend this app to anyone.
