how has this app gotten worse?! I genuinely won't get the food if this app isn't working. how hard is it to put in an order and pick it up?! I frequently get messages that the item is now no longer available or the location won't work, even though it works just fine with other apps like doordash. I just don't understand why the app fails everytime I try to use it. Also, get rid the the ads in your own app that block me from placing an order, I'm already getting food from you.

What has happened to the customer service industry? Why don't they realize that without customers, they don't have a job? I tried to order on the app but had issues trying to locate the store less than a mile away. Even when I got to the parking lot, the app couldn't find it. Went in to order, was told to use the kiosk for card orders. Tried to check in, but the app kept saying Oops. Wanted to use my fire reward but only accessible via the app. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I am uninstalling

Misleading pictures

Who ever is in charge of choosing the pictures for the menu items keeps using pictures of the purple Brisk drink that isn’t available. Very misleading and quite frankly unprofessional. Please update pictures so that you’re not misleading customers. Simple.

Don’t ever use this app it’s a scam

Placed my order on the app, drove 10 minutes to the restaurant, then I was told the restaurant had not received my order. I proceeded to sit out in the parking lot for 30 minutes before the lady came out to tell me they finally received it and started making it. I’ve ordered 100 meals on apps for other fast food places, all of them have gone through immediately. This is unbelievable. Contacted support many times with no response.

Rip off

Taco Bell took the beefy 5 layer off the $7 dollar box as a secondary option. You now have to make it a main option. Terrible move by them. Considering this burrito used to be under a dollar, I think Taco Bell might be raping us
