T-Mobile Fiber: Gigaspire

Always gives an error: T-Mobile Fiber: GigaSpire. There was a delay, please try again. You cannot even do anything on the app unlike before.

Terrible app. The time for our location is wrong and you can't change it so when I try to set times for the Internet to be off, it turns off at the wrong time. The app is not user friendly. If you have profiles set up and want to turn the Internet off for only one of the devices, you can't, you have to turn all the devices for that profile off. The app will say the internet is off for a device but it's not. I might switch to Google fiber just because this app is so terrible.

Garbage app. Only shows a "There was a delay." notification and doesn't allow me to do anything. The gigaspire router itself is just as bad. If I wasn't locked in at $70/mo I would've changed providers based on these two things alone. Terrible. There are also massive delays after 8PM to the point where games are unplayable, movies buffer foeever and even pings/trace routes drop more packets than a bear crashing into a skittles store.

complete trash, customer service is non existent and will end the chat if they're not selling you anything. Don't do it.
