this App won't let you use external password managers or copy paste the password. I use a secure large password and all other T-Mobile apps I could copy the password from my password manager and paste in. This one won't let you.

complete garbage app. unfortunately, the fiber service only runs off this app. TMobile customer service is outstanding...the internet is fast amd reliable, but making payments are impossible because they rely on this garbage app. You will have better luck seeing Jesus then talking to fiber rep on the phone. we had consecutive hold times between my wife and I of: 4.5 hours, 4.5 hours, 1 hour, 45 minutes , 1 hour and 20 minutes and are currently on day 4 of no service that has been paid for

ZERO STARS!!!! customer service is great but whyyy TF is there always a damn outage!?! are they gonna credit my account the days I go without Internet!?! waste of money.. find a company that's established in providing high speed Internet.. and now it's showing that the internet is working but not a single device in my house has access to any of the apps that require internet... if it was one device I would think that it was that personal device but if it's all of them then it's the damn fiber!!

Bad service

We’ve had T-Mobile for years. Got Lumos fiber. Had at least 6 techs come out. It’s always dropping. Every tech complains about the last tech so it seems they all suck. About to cancel this service since I work from home.

More the ISP than the app... THIS IS MORE UNRELIABLE THAT DIAL UP BACK IN THE DAY! 2Gbps is only fast when it's working. I'm talking to my old cable company now. Slower but at least it was reliable.

The app never works

I have had T-Mobile fiber for about 6 months now and it sucks. That app NEVER works and the service is always out. I have been without internet for 2 days now. I am currently looking up a different provider in my area.

Won't allow me to login with t-mobile or t-fiber login info. After making yet another new login: it just errors while trying to add modem and gets stuck in a loop. I hope t-mobile doesn't ruin your ISP too. What an awful experience all around.

My experience with TFiber

This is the worst experience I have ever had with T-Mobile Wi-Fi and Internet. My router keeps saying that it’s connected. The light is green, but it will not connect to any of my devices in my home and I called T-Mobile customer service and they keep connecting me to technical support where they don’t answer the phone and they have you on the phone for at least an hour because they know that it is an outage. They keep gaslighting the customers when clearly it’s a problem with their Internet my Internet has not been working for the past 24 hours. I have been going through this since I purchased the Internet in October 2025. I am glad to say that this will be my last month. I will be going to spectrum I’m tired of getting gaslighted and the runaround about this Wi-Fi. I do not recommend.

Good service, Trash App

This has been the most stable connection in my area, very reliable. However, every time I open the app it’s nothing but errors, telling me to update app when there is no update, making me sign up and re register my equipment almost every time I log in. Major lag, internet will be disconnected, but app will say connected.
