another update: app changed toasted option on its own for reorder. terrible app behavior Update, this time it remembered but noticed all previous points expired. then they didnt toast my spicy Italian. who does that? i should have learned from the first time. hate modern service now. Its terrible. This has happened multiple times - it doesn't remember past orders, has no points. only remembers my name but its like im ordering for the first time. Why have an app.

Lowering my review from 3 to 1. used to have issues with it actually reordering the sandwich I ordered last time despite having a button to do so. they fixed that but now their own coupon codes just fail. not expire, but fail to apply.

what a terrible app. I'm 2.5 km away from the subway in my home town and I can't preorder my meal cause your stupid app says I'm in a different country. lol piece of junk.

WTH do you show sandwiches that all require a missing ingredient to be available in order to actually place the order and not hide them or give the option to skip said item? Wasted so much time before realizing that nothing was orderable...

Doesn't show you necessary information for your deals and all around terrible UI. Yeah no I definitely don't want to place an order because the store closes 45 minutes from now, how kind of me.
