Spark Driver

I absolutely loved working for Spark in the beginning, this app paid very well and I had excellent ratings from all the deliveries I did. I never once had any bad reviews from any customers or any issues whatsoever. There was a period of time where I had paused on delivery driving due to medical issues and recently I went to do a delivery for Spark and all the sudden my account is completely gone? Mind you, I still receive the emails FOR MY ACCOUNT. Won't let me reactivate my account either.

scanner stops working after 3 items. was really hoping worth the recent update this would be fixed. I don't know how people shop for large orders typing in number manually. plus you have me walking circles around the store so no wonder it takes so long to ship. I've done 4 shops and happens every time. makes it go slower. not doing shops anymore until it's fixed.

Why do I need to verify in the middle of doing an order and as soon as I drop it off? The pay to delivery ratio can be trash at times, it will ask you to do 5 drip offs that are 30 mins away for only 18.00. Also the tips should be given as soon as the order is delivered. Too many times where the total for the order is 45 but the pay before tips is 19....who wants to wait 24 hrs for 26.00??

not compatible with pixel 10a just downloaded it to my new phone to start sparking and it's telling me that I have a prohibited app that manipulates with the trips which i don't know how when it's a new phone so that tells me that the programming is not compatible with my device for some reason. needs to be fixed asap.

Can't sign up

So I signed up using my hometown as a zone when I live around a bunch of bigger towns. So my zone is ALWAYS FULL. Just going to give up on signing up

Tips

Sad part about this is the tips do you even know how many tips have been cancelled throughout all this time i have been doing this? The amount of mean people who add tips just for the fact the they know they are very far from the store and were drive there yet later they cancel them tips? That’s awful i hope that change sooner or later thanks

Es abusivo, se cogen todo el dinero te pagan alrededor del 15% para ellos 85% y le meten mano a tu propina. Se piensan que eres su empleado y nadie los regula mal negocio para conductores

Spark used to be great, now its like the hunger games. high miles and lower pay. plus the mix or grocery and GM orders are crazy.

Decent app ... Resource Hog

The app itself is pretty decent. I wish it wasn’t such a resource hog, though it bogs down my phone horribly. So much so that it overheats constantly and will block up the app to where I struggle with moving onto the next delivery when I have several deliveries to make. I do wish that payouts were a bit more especially when I’m driving 50-60 miles and the payout is $60-70 like that should be closer to $120-140 especially with the price of gas and everything right now we should be compensated properly.

Went way donwhill

They have cut pay multiple times as costs go up. Orders that are worth taking are now few and far between. Spark is dying and likely won’t make it in the long run. Unless they aim to start letting children on bikes deliver for them. They raise prices and lower pay, makes sense.
