Notice to anyone who reads these. Don't ever purchase anything off of this app. use it for tracking other orders, but don't ever use it to actually buy anything. they allow fraudulent sites on that will present an item to sell and when u pay they take down the site and you're just screwed out of the money.

It's still a good app but recently I have started to notice how clunky it is. Outwardly its very polished, but in addition to what I mentioned previously about wrong recomendations, at the back end it simply doesn't work very well. Recently I have even had cases where I received a tracking notification on email but when I clicked the link in the app, there was no record of the order at all even though I made the purchase through Shop....

this is an absolute horrible company. bottom line, there is absolutely no customer service, and it's just ridiculous. The way they do business. I have gotten screwed. There's no customer service and I hate the whole.This is the worst experience i've ever had.On the internet
