After a year of silence, the latest update had a splash screen telling me they heard us and fixed the app. I was momentarily optimistic. Using the app I can find no functional difference and no improvements. It is still terrible and buggy and missing many of the features of the Sense app.

Honestly how hard can it be to make their stupid switch work with their stupid app. very sad that my builder chose to use schneider smart switch in my house... there are 100s better product out there... their app is so so terrible. took so many tries to just add the switch to the app. Forget the scheduling feature that never works... im gonna rip out the switch and threw it in the bin and get a proper one

Still bad! This app is objectively terrible. The migration process was poorly communicated and didn't work for at least the first week. Compared to the Sense app, data is hard to find, completely missing, or so poorly laid out it's impossible to understand. I hate it so much I'm probably going to rip my Schneider device out and replace it with the actual Sense device since their app is so much better. Your development staff should really be ashamed if they think this is a production ready app.
