it's a scam folks. your boss wants to think he's a nice guy for doing this, but points-to dollars ratio works out to an extra 10 cents an hour, sometimes less. if they can afford to hire these smucks they can afford to give you a raise.

When their app has technical difficulties there is no way to contact them. They don't have a chat or anything only the support email, which does not work. My email I sent was returned and my issue was not resolved. I don't recommend trying it.
