Literal scam do not buy, if you buy you can't get anywhere because everything is booked already and they will not refund you. Waisted 120 euros for nothing.

Dear Aleksandra, we’re sorry to hear this. As stated on the app and website, only the Colosseum and Borghese Gallery require booking, so please check availability before buying the Roma Pass. The other 38 museums need no booking, and public transport is included. The €120 price doesn’t match the official Roma Pass: €38 (48h) or €62.90 (72h).

Un servizio inutilmente complesso e scomodo per le famiglie e in generale chi visita una città come Roma. Inoltre il servizio di abbonamento dei trasporti non è affidabile e l'assistenza è inesistente.

Update. Rebooted phone and now it works! Unable to login unsung Samsung galaxy S22 using either Samsung internet, chrome, or Firefox as system default browser. I'm able to login in iPhone

As almost everything in Rome, this app don't work. Virtually no metro station reader recognize the QR codes and I had to buy an extra ticket to travel. In 2 museums (Capitoline and Ostia Antica) my codes were not valid either. In the public bathrooms you end up paying €1.50 because –strangely enough- the app don't work in those spots. Anyways, I love Rome but it's a hot mess.

Path to metro doesn't work at all. not all museums are covered by Roma path. Didn't find any benefits from it, just money lost.
