it suddenly stops working all the time. lately after I finally was using it it started to not work and open a web page to tell me I jailbroke or rooted my phone or installed developer options while I clearly have not! right when I need to make an important transfer. as always let down by this bank and it's applications

always give me an error or wrong otp ! and after thay they locked my token and i should to call CS to reactivate it again and still the same .
