they won't repair or replace any items. they will pay for the cheapest used or refurbished, somewhat comparable item, that they can find on Amazon or ebay. It is not worth getting this. It is a scam.

I gave them 1 stars because the apps not working i have a Samsung Flip and i had to call, After filling a claim i didnt think it would it could get worse, i was told someone will contact me, it's been 2 weeks and im still waiting !

The app is absolute garbage. I can never file a claim online and the support is absolutely horrible. Every time I file a claim it gets denied. What's the point of paying for a service if they're not going to prove anything. I can throw $25 in the trash.
