Extremely buggy. Must frequently force kill the app. I assume Amazon has few or no human testers, or they'd quickly see the problems that require the app to be forcibly killed. I only use it occasionally, and still must of the time I run into these problems. Such as not having playback controls & getting a stuck spinner in the middle of the screen. Can't customize subtitles. App starts playback upon Bluetooth connection after previously switching out of app.

I paid for ad free and continued to get ads. I spoke with support and the gentleman wasn't able to help me. had to cancel that service, it was a scam
