BOOK IT!

Terrible update—completely hostile to homeschoolers. I’ve tried enrolling my kids since Oct 1st across both iOS and Android, plus sent 4 support emails, but they’re still not registered. At this point, jumping through technical hoops isn't worth a free personal pan pizza I’d rather track reading myself and buy the pizza. Forcing families to rely solely on a buggy mobile app without a web portal is a major oversight. Fix the app or bring back browser access!

loved it until it was time to re-enroll and it will not let me track minutes. Says to refresh but nothing happens and I tried all suggestions.

I can't get a verify code through email at all. I don't understand what is going on.

If anyone else is having issues with bookit not letting you verify your email, completely uninstall it and reinstall and it should work perfectly. It was very frustrating having to problem solve it myself but I appreciate that they are encouraging kids to read and I've had no other issues with the app

I've been using this app since we started homeschooling my son and it's always been super easy to enroll every year. This year they changed it and wanted documentation to prove I was homeschooling (totally understandable and I'm surprised they just started this), but the particular info they were requesting wasn't available the way my state does things and I kept getting denied when I tried to register him. I ended up emailing support and they straightened it all out for me!
