I want to like this service but: price has basically doubled in a couple years / lots of movies are in German (I'm ok with that, but they often don't put English subtitles for those, so I can't really watch them) / the fact that I need to be at the cinema to buy the ticket is the real deal breaker, it's fine if you go by yourself, but if you're trying to get a seat next to a friend who booked a seat it's borderline impossible to pull off. update: you can't even see next week's movie anymore

When it works I like it. But its currently showing the movie I saw last week a second time this week which is unacceptable. There should always be at least one unique movie per week, no repeats. I live in a major city and the nearest theater is already a bit of a trip to get to via Public transit. It showed a new movie today, then when I reopened the app it was showing "The Stranger" which I already saw last Tuesday. please fix this issue, otherwise you increase the chances of losing customers.

The 'film of the day' feature (which was previously used to spotlight a film from our library each day) was removed in 2023, and while it was a great way for us to spotlight a different film each day for many years, we made the decision to move away from a daily programming model in order to explore different ways of spotlighting our collection.
