Unusable

Idk if there was an issue with the download or what but the app is literally unusable.. iv had it for about a month now have have yet to get onto the marketplace it’s keeps on telling me to complete a checklist but theres nothing else I can do. There’s no way to change rate after initial set up and there’s no support system if u have a problem…

Marketplace

Ive been waiting to get on marketplace for a while now. Im a new business owner and just want to partner with moving help to make money to raise my family of 5. Im young, have a ready team and llc ready to be used. Just want some action taken in getting me on the marketplace but i feel as if my account is being ignored. Ive done everything up to standards.

Impossible to sign up

I was hoping to sign up, but it’s impossible. I put my on my credentials and the side won’t accept them. For example, my last name there is an error that appears that my last name cannot contain numbers which it doesn’t of course I try to reset my password I don’t get reset emails.

the movers mover called me the day before and a hour before our schedule time slot letting me know they where running late ended up being 30 minutes late, they came with there own equipment, one was shoulder hardness that I never seen until now , it was used on most of my furniture washer and dryer I was amazed on how easy they made it seemed, the experience showed. finishing up with 30 minutes to spare they asked me if there was anything else they could do I told them no as I tipped them.
