This worked perfectly until I got a Galaxy 8 and now it doesn't work anymore

I’m sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your support! The watch face is compatible with Galaxy Watch 8 and updated for the new UI. Sometimes Play Store needs time to sync, but you can install it directly on the watch: open Play Store on the watch > search > install. didn't work I purchased it on Google Play then I opened up the app on my phone and it prompt me to install it on my watch Once In My Watch it asked me to buy it again for the second time so I went ahead and I repurchased it once again I tried to install it and it wanted me to purchase it for the third time.

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience! Payments and installation are handled directly by the store; I don’t have control over them. This can happen if the watch and phone use different Google accounts or if there’s a sync issue. With the same account, the extra payment is usually refunded automatically.
