Very bad apps, for 3 days, i have been trying to log in, but it keeps showing "error." Worste App i ever faced. Hopefully, the desk team will fix the debug ASAP. Also website is not working at all. after the complain, they released new update. the response was fast. thank you for your response and action to resolve the issue. the App now working greatly. Appreciated it.

I had some issues as my insurance status was showing pending but it was resolved quickly. Customer care was really excellent and supportive, the transaction was very easy.. I was travelling from Doha to Ksa... Recommend this app for travellers across GCC.
