It's like a non-functional AI. Even bringing up the sending button made the app crashes! 😭 I'm waiting for your improvement though. How much time should I wait? 3 months?

I love everything about it, the layouts, and how the responses are nice and neat, but really wish the links would work. every link it says it can't open external links. otherwise it would be absolutely perfect. it also probably needs a decent update. Because it seems pretty outdated. As far as the information that it'll go grab for some reason unless you push it to get current information on some things

By default, Lumo only uses the knowledge contained in the models to respond to your queries, which is only current up to a certain date. If you want more recent information included in Lumo’s responses, you can enable web search. On another note, we're aware of the issue with external links, and our team is working on a fix to resolve it.

I pay for Proton Unlimited and noticed the AI isn't included? For upgrades it tells me to do it via google play, but I see no path to upgrade a desktop usage. Can't on Ptoton site, can't on google play - what's up??

We're currently keeping Lumo as a standalone product to avoid increasing the price of our Unlimited plan. This way, we can keep the cost manageable for all our users while still offering advanced AI features to those who want them. You should be able to switch to light mode by navigating to the sidebar → Settings → Appearance → Theme. If you're having any difficulties, contact us through the "Help and feedback" → "Report a problem" option under the account menu so we can assist you.
