Tracker does not work at all

Is not tracking the person I am trying to follow in the marathon and also keeps closing randomly. Family with a family tracking app can see that she is running the route, but this app does not do as promised. So disappointing when they have no other coverage of the event online for those of us unable to make it to London to see it live.

Not so much a review, but a question. When will the new version for this year's half marathon take place please? Last year's app was fantastic following family and friends. This year, I'm actually taking part... First half marathon at the age of 58!!
