More Than a Workout App

Ladder has completely changed the way I approach fitness. I joined because I saw Hilary Duff using it and decided to give it a try, but what I found was so much more than a workout app. Coach Corey and Team Forged have taught me how to train with purpose, understand nutrition, track macros, recover properly, and stay consistent without obsessing over perfection. The workouts are easy to follow, the coaching is incredible, and the community is genuinely supportive. My husband and all three of my kids use Ladder now too. Anytime someone asks me at the gym how I know what I’m doing, my answer is simple: Ladder. If you're looking for an app that teaches you why you're doing something instead of just telling you what to do, this is it.

Changed everything

This app changed everything for me, I never thought I’d pay for an app like this but it’s %100 worth it. I used to do home workouts from YouTube, but this app has helped me actually understand how each workout should feel, perfecting my form, and the personal interaction with the coach has boosted my moral and my accountability. Getting the notifications that I’ve beat a personal record or showing my progress is so encouraging. If you’re thinking of doing it, pull that trigger!
